Where to watch Obama’s presidential inauguration online
A listing of sites online where you can watch the Inauguration...
Today in our technology lab class, 4th and 5th grade students used Animation-ish to create short animations about Dr. King or the Inauguration of Barack Obama. Below is a slide show of some of that work in progress.
Spent some time poking around with the new Google Maps Transit layer. You can now get transit information for 50 cities around the world, including Portland. In the case of Portland, the information is not based on the scheduled time, but rather the estimated time based on GPS tracking of the bus or train in relation to the stop you are inquiring about. Another nice addition to Google Maps.

When I walked out of school last night the western sky had the most beautiful color. I went back in and grabbed my camera. I wish I had come out a few minutes early. It is amazing that once you start to notice, once you start to think about taking pictures, how much you notice how quickly the light can change.
